Coaching and Consultation One-on-one or small group engagements designed around your specific challenges and priorities. Most coaching partnerships are conducted via video call and digital collaboration tools, allowing for frequent, flexible touchpoints that fit naturally into your schedule. These partnerships often include lesson observation and feedback, modeling, data analysis support, and action planning. Ideal for sustained, job-embedded professional learning.

Workshops and Seminars Live sessions for teachers, coaches, and leadership teams delivered via video conferencing. Workshops blend research-based content with hands-on activities, collaborative planning, and practical tools you can use immediately. Sessions can be structured as single events or as a series spread across weeks or months for deeper learning. Many schools combine an initial workshop with ongoing coaching for sustained implementation.

On-Site Services In-person workshops, coaching, and consultation are available for schools and districts seeking face-to-face engagement. These can be scheduled as standalone events or combined with remote support for a hybrid approach.

Areas of Focus

Instructional Coaching I work alongside teachers to strengthen classroom practice through observation, feedback, and collaborative planning. My approach draws on the foundations of cognitive coaching, emphasizing planning and reflection conversations that build teacher capacity over time.

Workshops focus on instructional monitoring, effective feedback, data-driven decision making, and distributed leadership models that empower entire teams.

Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) Effective PLCs transform how educators collaborate. I help teams establish structures for meaningful dialogue, shared accountability, and collective problem-solving focused on student outcomes. Together, we build protocols for productive data meetings and create cycles of continuous improvement that drive real instructional change.

Curriculum Alignment When curriculum, instruction, and assessment work together, students thrive. I guide schools and districts through curriculum mapping, standards alignment, and ongoing monitoring to ensure coherence across classrooms and grade levels. This work clarifies what is written, what must be taught, and what will be assessed.

Literacy + Mathematics Instruction I provide targeted professional development in reading and math instruction, equipping teachers with research-based strategies to meet diverse learner needs and accelerate achievement. Literacy training is grounded in the National Reading Panel's five essential components of reading, while math instruction emphasizes meaningful, hands-on approaches that build conceptual understanding.

Executive Coaching for Administrators Leadership can be isolating. Through one-on-one coaching, I help principals, administrators, and organizational leaders clarify their vision, navigate complex decisions, and lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose.
